Job Description
1. Provide rich Revenue Reporting, Forecasting, Business Planning, Business Analysis and Business Insight to the internal customers of Microsoft, SMS&P Team and PIPC Team as a trusted financial advisor.
2. Work with the SMS&P/PIPC directors to ensure accurate financial understanding of the respective businesses. Continually review the business and produce analysis reports to assist management decision making and improve understanding of issues
3. Drive and support a robust forecasting process, with risks and sensitivities and underlying assumptions identified - coordinate input, flag anomalies & ensure data is consistent
4. Attend cross-company revenue forecasting meetings on a monthly basis. Complete Monthly forecast tool updates
5. Publish the regular revenue reports (i.e. weekly revenue flash reports & Monthly outlook)
Requirements
1. Language Level: Japanese – Native, English – Business level (TOEIC 800+)
2. Minimum 8 year experience of working in business/industry
3. Advanced skill to use spreadsheet, i.e. MS Excel / MS Access
4. Experience in working in financial/strategic planning and/or control organization
5. Effective communicator - both 1:1 & 1: many verbal & written
6. Team player
