With operations in over 126 offices across the globe, they are now seeking a proactive and energetic HR Business Partner to help manage their regional HR functions. This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with a particular business line on all HR matters
• Counsel and coach managers and employees on employee relations and performance matters
• Develop and implement HR strategies and projects within the business group
• Handle and process relocations and visas
• Participate in the performance review process
• Handle benefits and leave of absences
• To act as a key contact point for all HR related queries

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience as a HR generalist within a fast-paced blue chip environment
• Proven experience of dealing with benefits administration, expatriate management, performance management, and employee relations
• Able to manage high volume workload
• Have a flexible approach to work
• Must be proactive, confident, energetic, outspoken, yet easy-going and adaptable
• Have excellent spoken and written skills
