With operations in over 126 offices across the globe, they are now seeking a proactive and energetic HR Business Partner to help manage their regional HR functions. This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
Partner with a particular business line on all HR matters
Counsel and coach managers and employees on employee relations and performance matters
Develop and implement HR strategies and projects within the business group
Handle and process relocations and visas
Participate in the performance review process
Handle benefits and leave of absences
To act as a key contact point for all HR related queries
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
3-5 years experience as a HR generalist within a fast-paced blue chip environment
Proven experience of dealing with benefits administration, expatriate management, performance management, and employee relations
Able to manage high volume workload
Have a flexible approach to work
Must be proactive, confident, energetic, outspoken, yet easy-going and adaptable
Have excellent spoken and written skills
