About the Organisation:
This prestigious and well respected Global Investment Group has a reputation for providing financial services and investment opportunities to private investors throughout Australia. Their Perth division is now seeking to appoint a Client Service Associate to compliment their team.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires you to work closely with a small team of senior advisers servicing the unique needs of a high net worth client base. Responsibilities will include setting up new accounts, managing term deposit transactions, coordination of IPO's, CHESS processing, coordination of client seminars and presentations, client queries, liaison with fund managers and other third parties as well as other ad hoc administration duties. A basic understanding of superannuation, self managed super funds and investments will be looked upon favourably however candidates with superior administration skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills & Requirements:
To be considered you will have at least 5 years administration experience in a similar role. DFP qualifications will be highly regarded. You will have a good sense of humour, an extremely positive attitude and the desire to learn new things. You must have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal and be extremely organised. This is a prestigious role with a highly regarded Investment Group.
