With products and services available at more than 250 distribution outlets nationally, Rural Bank is well positioned to deal directly with the financial requirements of the Agribusiness and Consumer markets.

Reporting directly into the General Manager, Sales and Distribution,the principle accountabilities of this role will encompass; contributing to and implementing the strategic plan for the channel partners and direct sales force; the leadership of the channel partners and direct sales force; the development and maintainence of internal and external relationships with key business partners and industry representative bodies and the identification of product and service improvements to enhance the banks reputation as the markets premier rural banking supplier.


It is envisaged that the successful applicant will possess extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably from within the financial service sector with agribusiness experience considered highly desirable.
Your strong client focus and negotiating and influencing skills, combined with the capacity to initiate and develop diverse relationships are additional key attributes required for success in this position.
