A leading global bank is looking for a Regional Head of Wintel Server Operations to be based in Singapore.
This challenging role would include:
- Managing teams of highly technical wintel system administrators supporting APPC Data Center and Country Wintel Server Operations.
- Defining the technology roadmap for Wintel Server Platform in Asia Pacific region including services provisioning, services delivery, user satisfactory as well as TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
- Responsible for the security, compliance and control of the Wintel server technology in the region.
- Ensuring the standardization of Wintel devices adherence to global standards.
- Leading selection, analysis, and modification of vendor supplied solution to meet CITI internal requirements.
- Working with global partners for the standardization of technology and support model globally.
- Performing financial management for the Wintel Server product.
- Driving the server optimization for Asia Pacific region.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of working experience on Infrastructure Technology in banking industry.
- At least 5 years of experience leading team of technical support - Wintel Platform preferable.
- Bachelor degree (Computer Science related) or other but with experience in IT
- ITIL or ISO experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Required to lead a 24x7 production support team and candidates will have to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Flexible time zone to work with global counterpart on global initiatives.
