About the Role
Building and supporting the business leaders, this role will see you working proactively with the business to drive HR initiatives and best practise. The role covers all HR generalist functions, including, but not limited to resourcing and workforce planning, remuneration, performance management, learning and development and staff engagement. The first point of contact for line managers and staff, you will provide advice and guidance and support the implementation of programs and initiatives.

 

Skills / Requirements
Tertiary qualified, you will demonstrate five years experience within human resources, with three years in an Advisor level role. Possessing a high level of attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, you will be a professional and confident business partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With sound written/reporting skills and problem solving abilities, you will be comfortable in operating with ambiguity, with a flexible approach. Experience working within a professional services environment considered favorably.
