Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Payroll Officer based in their Sydney office. Reporting into Finance, the Payroll Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing payroll for staff in three Australian States, New Zealand and Singapore
- Payroll Tax, Superannuation and PAYG
- Managing subcontractor costs and payments
- HR administrative duties
- Other ad hoc accounting responsibilities where required
To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate:
- Significant full function payroll experience with strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- First class communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong systems skills with experience in Attache preferred.
- Previous process improvement experience
- The ability to partner with HR and Finance
