Project Accountant
Our client is internationally recognised as a leader in the mining services field. Headquartered in London, with a regional Head Office in Perth, they operate across Australia. Due to the number of new projects awarded they require a Project Accountant to join their experienced finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and will also be working closely with a Joint Venture Accountant.
Key Requirements:
CA/CPA qualified with either commercial or large accounting practice experience. You will have worked in/with Engineering or Mining companies and understand how they work. You must be able to pick up new systems easily and be able to use Microsoft Excel to an advanced standard (V-look up, Pivot tables, Macros) You will be well regarded by your peers and will be able to develop strong relationships. Your ability to take on ad hoc projects as and when required by fellow team members will be a key skill required.
