Financial Accountant

An exciting opportunity as arisen for a Financial Accountant to work closely with the Group Financial Controller and more specifically to be involved with the following areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly reports for departmental managers
* Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
* Management and accounting for income taxes, GST, FBT and State Payroll taxes
* Maintenance of the fixed assets registers
* Administration of the payments system for overseas suppliers including foreign currency
Key Requirements:
* Degree qualified and either recently qualified or working towards your CA/CPA
* You will be a self-starter who can meet strict deadlines and thrives under pressure
* This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently working within either one of the Big Four or Second-Tier Chartered Accountancy Practices to make the move across into the commercial sector
