Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager - Rockhampton
Join a leading finance institution, as Senior Relationship Manager. Due to an internal move and dynamic growth in the area, our client is looking to expand their team based in Rockhampton. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to join a market leader.
In this role you will be responsible for managing commercial clients (lending exposure of $5m to $30m) with complex requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the growth and retention of clients by maximising relationships whilst managing appropriate risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of high-value, complex clients and exit some relationships that do not benefit the company
* Search selectively for new clients that meet the company's requisite return hurdles
* Establish a strong network of referral sources and advocates
* Meet challenging portfolio revenue, cross sales and capital management targets by generating new business
* Proactive, hands on management to ensure the risk profile of the portfolio is maintained or improved where necessary and overall returns are enhanced
Key Requirements:
* Proven cash flow lending experience with customers with complex requirements
* Degree qualified in business, commerce, economics or finance
* Strong relationship management skills
* Technically strong credit skills
* Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels, from the boardroom to the factory floor
