Description:

The customer services consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service with respect to incoming queries. The queries will revolve around account information, account updates and product information. The role will involve high volumes and high levels of activity and will require the job holder to take ownership of client issues and work closely with other teams within the division to identify solutions. Full product training will be provided allowing the successful applicants to develop on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer calls that come through on a centralised number
* Taking ownership of client queries and liaising with other teams to ensure the queries are responded to promptly
* Completing requests for transaction, taxation and other statements
* Completing client call backs for redeeming clients as per payments policy
* Completing client audit requests


Skills desired include:
Experience/Qualifications
* Degree/equivalent desirable
* HSC/equivalent minimum
* 1-2 years contact centre experience in financial services
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work under pressure and to cope with high volumes of inbound calls


Knowledge
* Broad understanding of funds management
* Solid operations background
