Key Responsibilities
Working within one department of this large organisation your key responsibilities will be to provide support to the Manager and team leaders. While providing diary management and personal assistant duties to the manager, you will also support the team leaders in preparing reports and other tasks as required.
Key Skills and Requirements
To be successful in this position you will have excellent communication and time management skills. Experience in working with senior management is essential for this role as is experience in report writing and preparation. At least 5 years experience within a senior administration role is essential With advanced knowledge and experience in using Excel it is also an advantage to have used the Access program. Using your initiative and being aware of your workload are key skills to be considered for this role.
