One of Australia's leading energy company's has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hardworking EA to join their team. The primary objective of the position is to provide executive assistance, administrative services and support to the CEO and Company Secretary. Whilst the main focus is administrative support to the CEO, this position may also involve providing support to other departments when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administration support services while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
* Manage and maintain the groups calendar and informing executive group of key appointments, meetings and events
* Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Manage and coordinate the preparation of and timely delivery of Board and Committee papers
* Schedule, attend and minute monthly Executive Management Team Meetings.
* Coordinate and manage events e.g. the annual team building event
* Prepare monthly credit card and expenses reconciliations.
* Assist the team with the preparation of monthly reports and presentations
Key Requirements
* 5+ year's experience in a personal or executive assistant role to CEO/Managing Director
* High level of interpersonal skills to allow effective communication with staff and external parties
Demonstrated high levels of organisational, time management, and problem solving skills
* Intermediate to advanced level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
* Proven experience in working in a highly demanding position and work environment
* Willingness to work overtime as and when required
