A large energy retailer based in Melbourne East is seeking an established Customer Service Officer to join their vibrant team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Effectively managing day to day customer service for account queries both inbound and outbound.
* Delivering best customer service practices when dealing with queries and complaints.
* Maintain relationships with Internal and external partners in order to improve customer service.
* Liaising with Customer Service Manager to resolve complaints and service improvement.
* Offering retention strategies and initiating opportunities to customers to provide better service and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Requirements:
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
* 2 years experience or more within a contact centre.
* Experience in the energy industry
* High level of communication skills
* Self starter with exceptional time management
* Intermediate MS Office skills
* A formal qualification within customer service would be highly regarded.
