About the Role:
Due to growth we are currently seeking a HSE Specialist for a minimum 4 month contract opportunity. In this role you will work with the HSE Manager and Project Directors to identify HSE personnel requirements and work with the internal recruitment team to identify, source and interview HSE candidates. In addition, y
ou will be responsible for the provision of timely advice, support and coaching to Project Directors and staff with regards to company workplace health and safety systems and policies and procedures. This is a unique role with a broad reach across HSE, projects, HR and recruitment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will have:
* Minimum of three years experience in HSE
* Proven recruitment experience
* The ability to perform in a dynamic environment with a high level of written and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to record and analyse data using Excel and MS Office.
