Contract Administrator - Commercial
Established almost 20 years in the SEQ market, This company has a reputation for delivering quality commercial construction projects on time and under budget. Located in North East Brisbane this company completes' projects across QLD & NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of subcontract packages.
* Reviewing, negotiating and finalising contracts.
* Managing sub contract schedules and the processing of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts.
* Managing and tracking project expenditure.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a CA in a construction company is essential to be considered.
* Some exposure to commercial projects
* Project experience 1.5 million and up
