About the role:

This role offers an amazing opportunity for an Accountants Payable Officer to join an exciting and well-established finance team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Performing End to End Accounts payable
• Ensuring that all supplier invoices are in accordance with the supplier statements and ensure they are paid on a timely basis
• Assist with supplier statement reconciliations and supplier queries
• Bank reconciliations for General and Services Trust accounts
• Preparing for the monthly statement reconciliations and sustainability reporting
• Ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties

About you:

This company requires a person who has at least 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable. It is essential to have an intermediate experience with Microsoft excel. We are striving to add a person in our team that has fantastic written and communication skills and has a great ability to build rapport with stakeholders and their team.
