Finance Officer

• Based in the Eastern suburbs of Brisbane
• 3 month initial contract with possibility of extension
• Parking options available

Key responsibilities:

• Bank account reconciliations
• Payroll tax reporting
• End of month reports, journals, and activities
• Matching purchase orders, invoices, and dockets/receipts
• Invoice processing and reconciliations across accounts payable and receivables
• Assist with Purchase Orders and Credit Card allocations
• Liaise with a number of internal and external stakeholders
• Enter, manage, and track a range of financial transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Ad-hoc financial duties

Key requirements

• Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with working in either standalone or small teams
• Deliver a high level of interpersonal skills to both internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
• Self-motivated

Please note this opportunity is a 3-month contract with the possibility of being extended.

There is the option to work this position part-time.
