Our client is thrilled to offer an exhilarating opportunity for a Property Accountant to become part of a prestigious global asset management firm. Located in the heart of Sydney, NSW, you will be entrusted with the Accounting function in the local office while maintaining a strong connection with the HQ finance team based in Singapore.

What you'll do:


  • Manage the accounts payable functions of Logistics Business Unit.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all vendor invoices supported by proper approval.
  • Draft instruction letter to Trustee for release of payment.
  • Oversee Purchase Orders and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Ensure prompt and correct payment of all vendor invoices.
  • Conduct review of invoices and supporting documents provided by external property managers.
  • Assist in annual statutory audit, drafting of financial statements.
  • Support in month end closure of account.


What you bring:


  • Degree in Accountancy coupled with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, independent with superior communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and excel in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with AASB16, GST, taxation and other accounting regulatory requirement is ideal.
  • Prior experience in SAP/MRI would be beneficial.
