AO3 Assistant Finance Officer

Our client is looking for a dependable AO3 Assistant Finance Officer to join their Accounts Payable team - perfect for anyone looking to move into Government or start their career in finance!

  • Contract until end of June 2025 with possibility of extension
  • Brisbane CBD with up to 2 days WFH
  • Close to public transport

What you'll do:

  • Review and follow-up of card transactions that have been flagged
  • Validation of work
  • Answering queries - both internally and external, written and verbal
  • Handling disputes and cancellations
  • Preparing daily, fortnightly and monthly reports
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

What you'll bring:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Able to multi-task
