As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the billing and invoicing processes of the company. The role involves analysing financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all billing activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Billing or paying sellers for their cofunded contribution to promotion campaigns
• Billing or paying sellers for Subsidised deals
• Ad hocs billings credits/debits: revenue spends, fee discounts/ promotions, billing/ crediting sellers on ad hoc requests
• Supporting category managers / advertising revenue team in sellers’ inquiries about retail calculations, fees, credit, and other ad hoc;
• Making sure seller billing and rebates/subsidies progress have no fraud, in compliance with internal procedures/ policies
• Month-end: prepare data for various revenue accruals (final value fee and other fee discounts, outstanding retail promotions billings/ subsidies)
• Helping FP&A on seller fee data request and analysis. Using both Excel/Query and Salesforces dashboard to provide relevant reports to the various stakeholders..
• Continuing improvements on the Excel files to support the FP&A team.

Key Skills:

• University degree or Diploma degree in accounting, business, commerce, or any business qualifications
• 2 Years experience in accounts payable or receivable, or assistant accountant
• Willing and comfortable doing Excel, pivot table, data query running (on pre written SQL queries), comfortable learner
