Your tasks and responsibilities

As a Transaction Advisory Specialist, your role will be pivotal in helping clients who are planning to buy, sell, or restructure a business or a part of it. Your main goal will be to help clients maximise the value of the transaction while minimising the risks and costs. You will perform financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning to assess the feasibility, profitability, and implications of the deal. Your expertise will enable you to provide valuable insights into deal structuring, financing strategies, M&A advice, and business case development.

• Perform financial modelling and analysis for potential business transactions
• Advise on deal and capital structuring to maximise value and minimise risks
• Develop financing strategies including green and sustainable financing options
• Provide M&A advice to clients planning to buy, sell or restructure businesses
• Develop business cases and investment cases
• Collaborate with strategy consulting team on business plans and strategies

Your profile and experience

The ideal candidate for this Transaction Advisory Specialist role will have a strong background in financial auditing with a keen interest in transitioning into transaction advisory. You bring proven experience in financial modelling and analysis, as well as knowledge of deal and capital structuring techniques. Experience with green and sustainable financing options would be highly regarded. Your ability to develop comprehensive business cases and investment cases will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with our strategy consulting team.
