What you'll do:
- Develop accurate, data-driven compliance dashboards and executive reports that translate complex information into clear governance insights for senior leadership and board committees.
- Provide structured secretariat support and governance coordination to ensure effective forum operations, including timely tracking of decisions and actions across multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain disciplined version control and continuous improvement of CMS policies, frameworks, templates, guidance materials, and supporting documentation aligned with ISO 37301 requirements.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on compliance training performance to support enterprise capability uplift and ensure organisation-wide adherence to regulatory standards.
- Strengthen reporting quality by enhancing data accuracy, process efficiency, and overall CMS maturity through regular review and optimisation of analytics workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive enterprise compliance performance reports aligned with CMS governance components, consolidating data from multiple systems to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Draft clear, structured commentary tailored for various committees while coordinating governance packs such as agenda preparation, paper collation, quality assurance, meeting minutes, action registers, and follow-up tracking.
- Support implementation of the CMS Training Framework by monitoring completion rates across the organisation and escalating gaps where necessary to maintain robust compliance culture.
- Engage with Compliance Advisory, Legal teams, and business stakeholders to promote understanding of CMS roles and processes while capturing feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting clarity, dashboard functionality, documentation quality, automation workflows, and support execution of uplift initiatives aligned with business feedback.
What you bring:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing BI dashboards using Power BI or equivalent tools with advanced data analysis capabilities essential for translating complex datasets into meaningful executive insights.
- Proven experience drafting high-quality written reports suitable for board-level audiences with exceptional attention to detail in structured document management.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance management principles including ISO 37301 standards and Three Lines of Defence responsibilities within regulated environments.
- Extensive background working within formal governance frameworks supporting executive or board reporting processes over at least five years’ experience in compliance or risk functions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Business Administration, Governance Studies, Data Analytics or related disciplines underpinning your technical proficiency.
- Highly organised approach with strong governance discipline demonstrated through meticulous version control practices across policies frameworks templates guidance materials procedural documents etc.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills enabling effective engagement with cross-functional teams including Compliance Advisory Legal business stakeholders etc.
- Ability to synthesise large volumes of data into concise actionable insights tailored for diverse audiences ranging from operational teams up through senior leadership boards committees etc.
- Comfortable operating efficiently within small high-performing teams where delivery focus personal accountability are paramount values shared by all members involved projects tasks assignments etc.
- Track record identifying implementing improvements related reporting clarity dashboard functionality documentation quality automation reconciliation workflows supporting broader CMS maturity objectives.
