Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join their team in Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of a portfolio of clients, ensuring superior service and effective relationships

  • Maintain operational relationships with key clients and service providers

What you'll do:

As a Client Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of a portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain effective client relationships while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, policies, procedures, and industry practices. You will work closely with the Senior Manager and Senior Client Manager to manage compliance appropriately. Your role will also involve participating in due diligence for disclosure documents and fund promotion materials. Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding and integration of new business while managing the off-boarding of schemes that are winding up. You will also develop and maintain operational relationships with key clients and service providers.

  • Ensure timeliness of all scheme regulatory lodgements
  • Assist the Senior Manager and Senior Client Manager to ensure compliance is managed appropriately
  • Participate in disclosure document and fund promotion material due diligence
  • Assist with the on-boarding and integration of new business
  • Manage the off-boarding of schemes that are winding up
  • Develop & maintain operational relationships with key clients and service providers
  • Present at the RE board and Compliance Committee meetings as required
  • Review regular reports received by each client for compliance with scheme/trust reporting and disclosure requirements



Requirments:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operating or providing services to a registered or unregistered trust
  • Strong client management and process management skills
  • Working knowledge of the managed funds industry
  • Operational experience relating to managed investment schemes is highly regarded
  • Ability to multitask and deliver within timeframes
