Private Credit - Mandarin Speaking Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate, you will become an integral part of a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional support throughout every stage of the client journey. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing investor onboarding processes, conducting KYC checks in line with strict compliance standards, processing applications efficiently, reconciling payments, and responding thoughtfully to client queries. You will also have the opportunity to use your bilingual Mandarin skills to bridge communication gaps between stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Success in this role comes from your ability to multitask effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail; your proactive approach ensures that all client needs are met promptly. - Liaise with clients and distribution team members to ensure all communications are handled promptly, professionally, and with cultural sensitivity.
- Process onboarding forms accurately while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough client Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) policies.
- Create investor applications and manage the end-to-end process including emailing applications to clients, handling queries, and following up on outstanding documentation.
- Match incoming funds with corresponding applications efficiently before issuing unit certificates to investors.
- Administer capital calls, process redemptions, review interest payment calculations, and perform month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all transactions.
- Maintain the CRM database by updating client records regularly and ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Address client service queries from both local and international clients with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Translate documents between English and Mandarin as required to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service outcomes for clients.
