We are working with a global organisation that have recently expanded to Australia, specialising in construction, property, financial Services, hospitality, and manufacturing. Due to their rapid growth and recent expansion, they are looking for a Finance Officer to join their team on a 6 month contract.

The role:
• Support the Finance Manager and finance team with various projects and tasks.
• Process accounts payable and provide updates
• Review incoming vendor invoices and process accounts payable.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable enquiries.
• Prepare loan drawdown notices and direct debit applications.
• Prepare BAS returns.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the company.

About you:
• 3+ years experience in a similar role is essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high level of accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
