You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. What you'll do:

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the accounts receivable process, preparing monthly reports, and resolving any billing discrepancies. You will work closely with a team of dependable professionals committed to achieving financial objectives. Your interpersonal skills will be key in maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth payment processes.

  • Manage the accounts receivable process ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes
  • Work closely with the finance team to achieve financial objectives
  • Prepare monthly reports on receivables status
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies in billing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Accounts Receivable Officer position brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. You have proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection regulations. Your hands-on experience with accounting software demonstrates your technical proficiency. Your excellent organisational abilities allow you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while your attention to detail ensures accuracy in all your work. Your strong communication skills make you effective in dealing with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection regulations
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
