On behalf of our client, we are seeking a strategic and seasoned Head of Finance to supervise and enhance all financial operations across their organisation. This is a unique opportunity to influence the financial trajectory of a rapidly expanding global company with their annual revenue nearing $1billion. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing the company's financial strategy, promoting a culture of cooperation, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement within the finance team.

What you'll do:

As the Finance Director, your role will be instrumental in driving the financial success of our client's rapidly growing business. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing a robust financial strategy that supports long-term growth. Your expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting will be crucial in providing actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with relevant standards across all entities within the Group. Your leadership skills will be essential in promoting a culture of cooperation, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement within the finance team.

  • Formulate and implement the company’s financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability.
  • Supervise the finance team, promoting a culture of cooperation, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
  • Provide regular forecasting updates, including profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet projections.
  • Deliver actionable insights through thorough analysis of financial data and business performance.
  • Supervise accounting operations for all entities within the Group (both UK-based and overseas), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Manage reconciliations within Xero and Excel to maintain financial integrity.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance requirements.
  • Supervise the preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements for multiple entities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors.

What you bring:

  • CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) with significant experience in a senior financial position.
  • Skilled in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
  • High proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience in a multi-entity, international setting is highly valued.
  • Proven track record in leading and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strategic mindset.
  • Enthusiastic about innovation and contributing to a collaborative, energetic team atmosphere.
  • Proactive approach and dedication to achieving excellence.
