What you'll do:

As a Manager (tax compliance), you will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's organisation. Responsible for managing the financial affairs of multiple businesses, driving the growth of the client base using warm contacts and their extensive network. You will also manage and mentor staff, developing the future leaders of the business whilst acting as the trusted point of contact for clients.

  • Reporting weekly on forecasted billing
  • Managing financial affairs for various businesses
  • Driving client base growth through active business development
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries promptly and effectively
  • Reviewing financial statements and tax returns prepared by local and outsourced accountants
  • Managing both permanent staff and contractors, providing professional guidance and ensuring accountability to operational targets

What you bring:

Being CA / CPA qualified, having strong experience in public practice and communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues ensuring business growth.
