They are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team based in Rhodes. They need someone to start as soon as possible (before 23rd of September). Your tasks and responsibilities

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial operations of our client's organisation. Your strong management accounting background will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making. You will take a hands-on approach, utilising your initiative and people skills to solve problems and manage a team. Your responsibilities will include leadership and mentoring of the finance team, providing management accounting expertise, preparing management accounts, offering insights to stakeholders, supporting audits, and enhancing financial systems.

  • Lead and mentor the finance team
  • Provide management accounting expertise and oversee financial reporting processes
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Offer insights and analyses to stakeholders, advising on budget re-forecasting and variance analysis
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Use initiative and problem-solving skills to enhance financial systems

Your profile and experience

The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position brings a CPA qualification along with at least 4 years of experience in management accounting with a focus on leadership. You possess strong theoretical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel spreadsheeting skills. Your excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with outstanding communication skills will enable you to excel in this role.
