To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in accounting, ideally Financial Services, and be able to think outside the box in a commercial way. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and is focussed around process improvement.
This position supports the delivery of an effective quality assurance and financial reporting governance program to assist in mitigating the risk of financial misstatements. The role is responsible for ensuring that quality assurance and financial reporting governance activities undertaken within the area are delivered in line with their financial governance framework. The role also is involved with assurance activities undertaken within the area in regard to compliance with group finance, operational and regulatory policies and procedures.
To be successful in the role you will ideally have a Big 4 audit background, with 3 + years experience working with large organisations, ideally within Financial Services. You will bring with you a very commercial skill set, with meticulous attention to detail.
