The successful candidate will be responsible for financial accounting, management reporting and tax reporting. This role has a broad range of responsibilities and is a chance to work with a growing Asset Manager. The organisation has excellent work life balance and progression oppertunities and is located in Sydney CBD.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining the general ledger, timely month end closing
• Handling of all tax matters including liaison with tax agents, preparation of quarterly and annual tax calculations and distribution calculations.
• Review of GST lodgement
• Financial reports
• Other duties also include the involvement in budgeting and forecasting process, cash flow monitoring and preparation of financial statements.
• Provide assistance with management of the audit process
Job Requirements
• Must be part qualified or qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Degree in Accounting or ACCA.
• Financial Services or Funds Management background
• At least 2 years’ post qualification experience.
