Performance and Reporting Manager

• 3-day working week
• $155,000 inclusive of Super - Pro rata

Be a part of a diverse company offering financial and fiduciary services, who believe in putting their client’s best interest first. They are seeking a Performance and reporting manager who will be responsible for the management and the completion of weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting cycle and reporting for external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position has strong reporting experience with exceptional analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills, with a mindset for continuous improvement. You will have strong knowledge of the funds management industry and the ability to strive in a changing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge and experience working with FSC, ASIC, GIPS performance standards, local and global.
• Fund Management scheme reporting (Monthly and Quarterly)
• Review and maintain external data and performance measurement platforms
• Calculations of income, capital and franking credits returns
• Recommend improvements to the efficiency and accuracy of reporting (Investment)
• Contribute/ Attribution analysis on managed portfolios

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, finance, or other related discipline mandatory.
• Industry/ Postgraduate qualifications in investment performance reporting such as CFA, CIPM preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting standards, policies, and practices
• Exceptional computer skills, MS Excel (VBA) & Word favourable.
• Prior experience with leadership or Team management
