Process Improvement Specialist (Finance)

Our client, a prominent player in the education sector, is on the lookout for a Process Implementation Specialist with a focus on finance. The successful candidate will have the chance to work independently on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. Big 4 experience is highly desirable. The role requires advanced skills in Excel and building macros, as well experience with Power BI.

What you'll do:

  • Implement process improvements across multiple divisions
  • Analyse business functions and map out processes in relation to finance across a number of departments
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Ensure all process documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in all processes
  • Excel proficiency, particularly in building macros

  • Very strong skills in Excel - ability to build macros and use all functions
  • Focus on process improvement and operating procedures
  • Powerful analysis on finance procedures
