What you'll do:
As Finance Manager, you will play an integral role in driving operational discipline by developing robust reporting structures that empower executive leaders with real-time insights. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing high-impact dashboards that bring together financial, operational, and client data into clear visual stories. You will facilitate regular review sessions to ensure all teams remain aligned with strategic objectives while maintaining rigorous standards for data integrity. - Own the development and maintenance of scorecard frameworks such as EOS Scorecard and Balanced Scorecard across all business divisions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and profitability targets.
- Align divisional key performance indicators (KPIs) with group-wide goals including Rocks, OKRs, and financial outcomes to foster a unified approach to success.
- Facilitate regular reviews such as L10 meetings and quarterly Rocks sessions to maintain execution cadence and promote accountability throughout the organisation.
- Ensure consistency and discipline in group reporting cycles by maintaining structured processes for data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
- Design, build, and manage comprehensive group-level dashboards and reports that integrate operational, financial, and client data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate closely with business operations teams to uphold data accuracy across platforms like HubSpot, Airtable, and other financial systems.
- Deliver executive dashboards featuring trend analysis, performance forecasts, variance reporting, and automated visualisations to streamline monthly performance updates.
- Conduct monthly audits to achieve over 98% data accuracy across all metrics used in leadership decision-making.
- Prepare detailed leadership reporting packs within three business days after month-end close to support timely executive decisions.
- Lead the governance of incentive frameworks by reconciling calculations for short-term and long-term incentives in collaboration with finance leaders.
