Senior FP&A Manager

This Big 4 Bank is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide end-to-end support across various finance teams, coordinating internal management reporting and forecasting, external reporting, financial control and governance, and financial risk management. What you'll do:

Deliver robust and timely financial information to assist the business in meeting strategic and operational goals
Manage monthly revenue reporting, analysis and commentary, and manage the ledger close cycle
Deliver customer and channel analytics for the Sales businesses that is accurate and timely
Assist the Investment and Deposits business in margin and balance management
Coordinate and deliver the FM quarterly forecast and annual target setting process
Provide Finance support for FM strategy and growth initiatives
Generate insights from data, engage and communicate those insights to non-technical business stakeholders
Responsible for Financial Control duties including application of financial control framework across a number of functions and processes

What you bring:

Over 5 years post graduate experience in a similar role
CA/CPA qualification preferred
Strong understanding of balance sheet and profit & loss drivers and performance metrics
Proven ability to build effective relationships
Adaptive influencing skills across senior executives and peers
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
Superior attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
