The position is responsible for providing comprehensive payroll services to the organisation by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all staff in accordance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies and procedures. This role may also provide support to the finance team and undertake any additional duties as directed by the Finance Manager or the EM, F&BS.
The aim of the Payroll and Finance Officer role is to work within the Finance team to deliver professional services, provide advice and support to the organisation in an effective and efficient manner to ensure that the needs of the business are being met.
