Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Officer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative environment, where your commitment and ability to accurately process payroll will be greatly valued. You will have the chance to work in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

As a Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all payroll data is processed with precision as well as preparing comprehensive reports, and maintaining payroll operations in line with established policies.

What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for processing payroll data with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed correctly
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing all key deliverables

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role within finance or accounting
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software
  • Understanding of legislation surrounding payroll
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
