Kronos Specialist

Our client is seeking a Kronos Specialist to join their team in Brisbane. This role is integral to the company's operations, responsible for maintaining all aspects of Kronos Setup, Payrule Testing and Award Interpretation. The successful candidate will be part of a high-performance, values-based culture, delivering top-notch customer service to internal stakeholders and providing system expertise to the Payroll and extended HR teams.

As a Kronos Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining all facets of Kronos Setup, Payrule Testing and Award Interpretation. You will support operational business units in establishing payroll system functionalities, structuring levels of access and enabling systems processing of EA provisions as intended and in line with legal requirements. Your commitment to delivering the highest standard in professional conduct, personal presentation and company image will contribute to maintaining a respectful workplace for all employees.

• Maintain Kronos Function Access Profile
• Ensure all employees are set up correctly in Kronos
• Support operational business units in establishing payroll system functionalities

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Kronos Specialist role brings extensive experience in HRIS and T&A Systems along with strong payroll experience in complex, multi-site and multi-agreement organizations. Your strong systems knowledge, particularly with Preceda and Kronos, coupled with your understanding of Payroll Legislation and the Fair Work Act will be key to your success. Advanced Excel skills are also required for this role.

• Experience in HRIS and T&A Systems
• Extensive Payroll experience in complex, multi-site and multi agreement organization
• Strong systems knowledge - Preceda and Kronos (preferred 5 years +)
• Strong Payroll Legislation and Fair Work Act knowledge
• Advanced Excel Skills
