Payroll Officer

An industry-leading non-profit organisation is seeking a Payroll Officer with 1–4 years’ experience for an Immediate start. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and organisational policies. Strong PayGlobal experience and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time in line with awards, enterprise agreements, and funding requirements

• Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, including tax and superannuation

• Monitor payroll costs against budgets and funding constraints

• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records to meet statutory and audit requirements

• Prepare payroll reports

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, non-profit environment.
