Our client, a leading online global equities research and trade execution software solution provider, is seeking a full-time Operations Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that offers a dynamic work environment and excellent opportunities for progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal client service and advisory teams.


What you'll do:

As an Operations Analyst, your role will be pivotal in supporting both internal teams and external clients. You will be responsible for ensuring all processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This includes executing client trades, managing AML/KYC for account applications, interpreting and processing corporate actions across global equities, overseeing equities holding transfers, and completing daily reconciliations of client accounts. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be key in resolving client enquiries and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Ensure client trades (buy and sell) are executed successfully
Manage AML/KYC for account applications to ensure smooth transition from pending applications to open & funded trading accounts
Interpret, process, and reconcile corporate actions across global equities
Instruct and oversee equities holding transfers on behalf of clients
Instruct and oversee client cash deposit & withdrawals
Review trade executions and related data to resolve client enquiries
Complete daily reconciliations of client accounts


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Operations Analyst role will bring a wealth of knowledge in global equities markets, along with experience in a stockbroking environment. You will have a passion for process improvement and personal development, coupled with excellent Excel skills. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be second to none, enabling you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential for this role.

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 3 years of employment experience in/knowledge of global equities markets
Experience in a stockbroking environment - desirable
Corporate actions experience - desirable
Passionate about process improvement and personal development
Excel skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
