Relationship Manager

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze client needs and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions, sales performance, and business development activities.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the banking, finance, or technology sector.
  • Certification in Relationship Management or Customer Service.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
