Compliance Analyst

About the role:
Our client is seeking a compliance analyst to help strengthen and expand their global ethics and compliance framework. This role offers a chance to join a purpose-driven organisation that operates across different regions globally.
This permanent position involves partnering with international teams to enhance compliance operations, governance, and the integration of ethical practices into daily business processes.
A key focus of the role will be using data analytics and monitoring tools to proactively identify and manage risks, driving stronger compliance outcomes worldwide.
Your responsibilities:

Support the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global compliance framework.

Provide guidance on compliance areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, and conflicts of interest.

Work with regional teams to integrate compliance principles into business operations through communication and training.

Conduct compliance risk assessments and assist in investigations and internal audits.

Track and analyse global regulatory developments to identify emerging risks.

Use technology and data insights to enhance monitoring and strengthen compliance effectiveness
About You:
You are an analytical, proactive professional who is passionate about ethical business practices and regulatory compliance. You thrive in dynamic, global environments and enjoy collaborating across teams and cultures.
You bring:

A solid understanding of compliance frameworks and governance structures.

Strong analytical, risk assessment, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience implementing or managing compliance programs in multinational organisations.

A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline (advanced degree desirable).

At least three years' experience in a professional compliance role
- Experience in Audit, Compliance or Legal work
Preferred qualifications:

Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.

Familiarity with international compliance standards and regulations.

Knowledge of data analytics in compliance monitoring.
