Robert Walters are currently seeking customer focused, savvy sales professionals for multiple opportunities within customer support for a leading banking organisation based south of the city. In this role you would be expected to make outbound calls to manage existing customer relationships. Your ability to follow up on leads and service customers end to end will ensure your success in this role. The interview process will begin in December, however, the role will start late January which will suit individuals wanting to still enjoy their Christmas break.
- Provide exceptional, professional customer service
- Identify customer requirements via telephone
- Provide support, information and advice directly to customers
- Develop professional business relationships with customers
- Monitor and follow up enquiries
- Deliver tailored solutions to customers to ensure their needs are met
- Promote and develop the sales of products
Key skills and requirements:
- A strong background of Sales within a call centre environment is essential
- Strong customer focus is essential
- Flexibility to work anywhere between 8.00am and 8.00pm
- A motivated, proactive and positive approach
- Strong commitment, enthusiasm and drive
- Professional presentation is a must
