Our client is a well known lender who provides a wide range of home loans to choose from with competitive rates and different features. The company is build on the ethos of being innovative and customer focused. Due to a large growth phase they are now looking to take on a Client Services Officer to join their dedicated team.
The Role
As the successful Client Services Officer you will be responsible for supporting the companies client base post settlement. This will include completing administration tasks as well as taking/making phone calls. Furthermore you will:
- Answer account enquiries, provides information regarding the loan products and how they function
- liaise with Lenders, Brokers, Mortgage Insurers and Solicitors as necessary
- All post settlement loan administration including:
- Processing of discharge requests
- Client retention
- Processing of security variations: Partial Discharge, Substitution of Security, Production of Title Processing of Product Conversion Applications
- Processing of Redraw Requests
- Maintains Direct Debit details
- Maintenance of records including scanning of documents
- Handle and resolve customer complaint
About You
This company is searching for the ultimate client service superstar! You will be passionate about supporting customers through every step o their journey and ensuring the get the most efficient outcomes. Furthermore the experience needed to ensure success in this role is:
- Minimum 12 months of customer facing experience in a finance company or Bank
- Prior exposure to home loan products and experience in a similar service role within the finance industry is highly regarded
- A drive to learn and develop- you want a career not just a job!
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate yourself clearly and confidently
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred although not essential
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is wanting to build a career within a banking/lending environment. This organisation has structured career progression into credit assessment, business development, settlements, operations and more! The role is located in the Melbourne CBD although does offer a hybrid model.
