Responsibilities
- Manage a range of corporate and institutional clients across property / real estate or project finance
- Completing analysis on clients and assets, focusing on capital structure
- Origination and execution of loans inclusive of negation and documentation
- Structuring credit and loans for new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue business development through working with internal teams across global offices.
- Prepare credit applications/papers inclusive of analysis for new transactions, and to undertake credit review
- Monitor and manage assigned accounts actively, being aware of credit deterioration or improvement
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with proven track record.
- At least 3 years of relevant corporate or institutional banking experience.
- Candidates should be pro-active, confident, resourceful and results-orientated.
- Experience and knowledge of bank AML/KYC requirements.
- Modelling capability and the ability for read and create credit forecasting.
- They should possess strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Strong credit and financial analytic skills, with knowledge of accounting and financial statements
