Responsibilities:
Broker Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers and mortgage aggregators to drive business growth.
Act as the primary point of contact, providing support, information, and training to enhance their understanding of our residential lending products.
Sales Strategy Development:
Devise and implement strategic business development plans to expand the non-bank lender's presence within the residential lending market.
Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to achieve sales targets.
KPI Management:
Establish, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business development team.
Implement performance metrics to evaluate the success of various initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Product Knowledge Dissemination:
Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions, and product innovations within residential lending.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and differentiation to mortgage brokers, supporting them in positioning our offerings effectively to clients.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless processes and a positive experience for mortgage brokers and clients.
Coordinate closely with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
Position within a Diversified Commercial Banking Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships while driving growth in lending activities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in cash flow style lending and a proven track record of handling lending transactions of up to $30 million dollars. You will work closely with a diverse clientele to understand their financial needs and provide them with customised lending solutions.
