Job Title: Director - Real Estate Construction Private Credit Fund

Responsibilities:

New Business Origination:

Lead the identification and securing of new business opportunities in real estate construction lending.
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and industry stakeholders to generate a robust pipeline of potential projects.

Portfolio Expansion:

Drive the origination and underwriting of real estate construction loans, ensuring a well-balanced and diversified portfolio.
Evaluate credit risk, financial viability, and market trends for potential loan opportunities, leveraging private credit experience.

Risk Management:

Establish and implement effective risk management policies to safeguard the fund's interests.
Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective borrowers, projects, and market conditions.
Financial Optimization:

Collaborate with the finance team to optimize the financial performance of the fund.

Requirements:
