Our client is seeking a Relationship Director to join their Agribusiness team.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of large business connections

What you'll do:

As a Relationship Director, you will be at the forefront of managing and developing a portfolio of large business connections. Your excellent networking skills will be crucial in sourcing new clients through personal and bank-developed marketing initiatives. You will ensure that existing customers' needs are met, providing them with an exceptional experience. Internally, you will take the lead in coaching and mentoring your team, fostering a supportive environment for growth.

• Manage a portfolio of medium to large sized operators in the Agribusiness Industry
• Target high growth opportunities and leverage capabilities in industry specialisation
• Win new-to-bank customers through personal and bank-developed marketing initiatives
• Maintain a quality referral network
• Ensure existing customers’ needs are met and provide them with a great experience
• Take the lead in coaching and mentoring your team

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Relationship Director role brings significant experience in writing, analysing, and structuring credit transactions for complex business and commercial customers. Your strong commercial lending background coupled with your complex deal structuring experience will be invaluable in this role. You have an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new-to-bank customers. Your well-established network of referral sources will be key to your success.
