What you'll do:

As an Associate Director, you will be at the forefront of our client's business development efforts. Your role will involve leveraging both internal and external networks to drive new business growth. You will be instrumental in the origination, development, due diligence, approval, and implementation of corporate finance transactions. Your deep understanding of clients' industries will enable you to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Additionally, you will arrange and execute credit products for corporate transactions covering bilateral, club, and syndicated facilities. A key part of your role will also involve growing and managing a loan portfolio with an eye towards optimal composition, geography, industry, and risk diversification. Recognising client and bank risks is crucial in this role as you will be expected to implement appropriate risk management strategies.

• Build and leverage internal and external networks to grow new business

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Associate Director position brings a wealth of professional experience to the table. You hold a tertiary degree in a relevant area and have spent at least five years working professionally in Australia. Your background includes a demonstrated track record in renewable energy, transport, utilities, or PPPs. You possess strong documentation skills along with proficiency in financial modelling. Your advanced risk analysis skills coupled with legal expertise make you adept at navigating complex corporate finance transactions. Excellent communication skills are a must in this role, as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders.

Tertiary degree in a relevant area
7 or more years of relevant professional experience in Australia
Demonstrated track record in renewable, transport , utilities and PPPs
Strong documentation skills
Proficiency in financial modelling
Advanced risk analysis skills
